kappa Alpha Theta

Founded on January 27, 1870, at DePauw University, Kappa Alpha Theta was the first Greek-letter fraternity established for women. The Epsilon Nu Chapter was founded at Virginia Tech in 2017 and is committed to empowering members through academic excellence, leadership development, and lifelong sisterhood. Guided by the values of intellectual curiosity, leadership, personal excellence, and service, Kappa Alpha Theta encourages women to make a meaningful impact on their campus and communities. The chapter proudly supports Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), raising awareness and funds to advocate for children who have experienced abuse or neglect and to help ensure they have a safe and permanent home.
