Wellness, inclusion, and support
At Virginia Tech Panhellenic, we are committed to fostering a community where every member feels valued, supported, and empowered to thrive. Sisterhood extends beyond recruitment and campus involvement. It means caring for one another's well-being, celebrating diverse identities and experiences, and ensuring that every woman has access to the resources she needs to succeed.
This page serves as a hub for mental health, wellness, diversity, equity, inclusion, and Title IX resources available both on campus and nationally. Whether you are seeking support for yourself, looking to help a friend, or wanting to learn more about creating a welcoming and inclusive community, these resources are here to guide you. Remember: asking for help is a sign of strength, and no member of our Panhellenic community has to navigate challenges alone. Together, we are committed to building a sisterhood rooted in care, respect, belonging, and support for all.
