Gamma Phi Beta

Founded on November 11, 1874, at Syracuse University, Gamma Phi Beta was established to inspire the highest type of womanhood through love, labor, learning, and loyalty. The Eta Epsilon Chapter was founded at Virginia Tech in 2011 and is dedicated to fostering a supportive sisterhood where members are encouraged to grow as leaders, scholars, and compassionate members of their communities. Guided by the values of love, labor, learning, and loyalty, Gamma Phi Beta empowers women to build meaningful lifelong friendships while making a positive impact on those around them. The chapter proudly supports Girls on the Run, a nonprofit organization that inspires girls to build confidence, develop healthy habits, and recognize their limitless potential through evidence-based programming.
